Matthew Walters is the Owner, Lead Instructor, and Senior CPTED Practitioner for Advantage Safety & Security Consulting, LLC. He is a veteran of over 35 years law enforcement experience. Matt is a Florida State Certified CPTED Practitioner (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) with additional certification for CPTED In Schools.

Matt has been a Law Enforcement Instructor for over 30 years, training basic, advanced and specialty courses as well as providing training presentations to community members and organizations. He has trained hundreds of school district faculty and staff. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member for three colleges in both Florida and Missouri.
